Treated like a King and Queen on their big day,
Danielle and Jeffrey celebrated their union surrounded by friends and family at Martins West in Baltimore Maryland. When we first talked to this couple they let us know they had a BIG wedding party (22 in total- not including family) and that their venue would be at night (in lowlight).
“Can you handle that?”
Great question to ask your photographer and YES. Yes, we can! It was in November so we did as many naturally lit shots that we possibly could do before the sun went down but this couple was not interested in doing a first look before the ceremony so we just got creative with our flashes at night time and the outcome is stunning. Some images we used up to 6 flashes (on and off camera) and the ones we did outside had to be Fast! Because it was Freeezing (by Megan’s standards lol).
They had a large wedding party and an even more guests, making this one of the biggest weddings of the years and guesswhat? Everybody came to party! So to ignite the room with light we used our flashes to illuminate the crown and pick up details throughout the night so this couple can relive all the great moments that took place that night!
