If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you know that we’ve been out of the country for some time now (hence the lag in blogging). So Why Paris?
We have been craving a getaway where we could be surrounded by art, smothered in delicious food and submerged in love! We quickly found out that Paris was the perfect place for that.
Last year 5 of our couples decided they wanted to go somewhere classically romantic for their honeymoon. Some place where they could be completely “away from it all” and still be in the heart of civilization. 5 of our brides and grooms chose Paris, France as their ideal honeymoon destination and they all came back raving about how beautiful the City of Lights was. We just had to see what all the buzz was about.
I decided to book a surprise birthday trip for Garrett (even though he ended up finding everything out 4 months before departure). Flight, Air B&B and attractions were all researched and booked by time we headed over and we even met some wonderfully helpful friends in the process. Paris has always been on our list of places to go, but we were not expecting it to be as picture perfect as it was the week and a half that we were there.
Many of our couples who have been to Paris mentioned to us that they wish they could have had taken us with them for photos or would have been so brave to plan an intimate Destination Wedding there. So while we were in town, we networked with several wedding pros, such as: Wedding/Event Planners, Make-up Artists, Florists and even Bridal Fashion Designers. So that in the future when our clients want an extraordinary shooting experience in the City of Love, we have a reliable and professional team that we can refer them to. And who knows, maybe some of our 2016 will revisit Paris for a vow renewal in the future. We would be more than willing to accompany them on their venture :)
While in Paris, we had two Engagement Sessions and a Styled Shoot.

We can’t wait to share more of our experience in Paris with you all. Stay Tuned!
