Elite Secrets Bridal has been on our preferred vendors list since the very beginning.
Here’s Why
Beyond being owned and maintained by a black woman in the heart of Baltimore. Elite Secrets Bridal shares similar values that we do in our own business and if I were a Bride (again) this is exactly where I would want to shop for my Bridal Beauty Experience. Tonya, the owner, takes each individual brides desires into consideration when fitting them with their dream wedding attire, whether it be a royal ballroom gown, trendy bridal jumpsuit or a custom couture dress. Tonya offers her clients an Elite Experience that is unique to their location to make their Brides feel like they’re over their best friends house (if their best friend was a Professional Wedding Fashion Designer).
Their attention to detail, need to fulfill a professional experience and sheer desire to make their clients happy remind me of why I decided to get into the wedding industry myself. It’s because this type of service is the kind that we wish were easily available to us when we were brides and this is the type of service that both Elite Secrets Bridal and Megapixels Media offers now.
I was so excited when Tonya invited me to be her photographer to celebrate her 6 Year Business Anniversary. Tonya has inspired me in so many ways from the beginning of my own entrepreneurial journey in the Wedding Photography realm. She continues to mentor make-up artists as she offers an all incliusive bridal boutique that not only offers bridal gowns but also a complete bridal look with make-up.
Tonya decided to celebrate her 6th year in business with an emerald green jumpsuit that sparkled all through Mount Vernon, where her boutique is located. As Tonya stood outside her shop with pink balloons in the window, Drivers honked and waved as they passed us.
While we were inside of her boutique, we took some professional headshots as well as some in-action branding photos that she could use on her social media platform throughout the year. Tonya knows the importance of professional branding photos especially when it comes to conducting a high-end business. After we finished those images, she wanted to show off her bridal gowns by trying a few on, all at once ( lol you have to see the photos to see what I mean). Then she slipped into her favorite Janet Jackson T-shirt because what better way to end a #BossBabe Branding Session than with this iconic trailblazer on your chest? We are both so inspired by Janet’s powerful and fearless approach to music and fashion! (We love you Janet!)
Thank you again Tonya for keeping me included in the wedding industry even after I had a baby and had to take a quiet step out of the lime light. I am always inspired by you and praying for the very best for you and your family!
