It’s been a long time coming.
Those who have followed us throughout the years know that we usually post this blog in January but with everything that’s been goin on this year, everything has been pushed back a bit. But, per usual, we’re marching on and sharing our best wedding photos from 2020.
2020 WAS OUR 6TH YEAR IN BUSINESS AND WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DOCUMENTING 19 WEDDINGS THIS YEAR!
2020 was crazy for everyone and if we had to assign one word to describe our business last year, that word would be PIVOT. So much changed so quickly with the Pandemic and when you’re in the wedding industry, you quickly realize that you need to also change to help out your clients (our awesome bride and grooms). So that’s what we did, we spent time rescheduling and resourcing different ways to help them through this time.
And we’re happy to report that we made it through yall!
We’re so grateful for everyone who continued to support our journey and to everyone who kept in touch from a distance. We had less weddings than usual but even more birthday and maternity sessions than ever before. So what we thought was going to be a slow year became one of the busiest and most rewarding because for some of those sessions we got to bring our baby along with us and spending time with her in 2020 (her first year) has been invaluable.

We’re excited to see what 2021 brings us! We have some exciting projects were working on this year that we cant wait to share with you ;)
Weddings bring about a lot of emotions and remind us what’s really important in life, LOVE and FAMILY. The fact that we are all connected to each other regardless of skin complexion or demographic upbringing is so apparent when your vision is clear and your heart is open. We all face similar struggles and victories and we are able to share our experience and wisdom with others is where a true connection is born. Luckily for us, we’ve found this connection in so many of our clients and families that we’ve had the pleasure of shooting this year. We wish to continue these good vibes to more individuals throughout 2021.
