When I think of Kelli and Eric, I think of deep sultry romance. They felt like the very essence of 90’s R&B, the way that they looked at each other and moved around each other was artful and rhythmic which made photographing them very pleasant.

This was a wonderful waterfront wedding at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena, Maryland in early October. Sherria with Lovelace Day Planning Services did an amazing job orchestrating the event from beginning to end. There was a hurricane brewing outside but that didn’t stop all the love and joy happening on the inside.

Romance was heavy, carried by the tunes DJ Rome was spinning. Imagine Stevie Wonder, Jill Scott and Ginuine playing after the couple’s first dance under the ambient purple and blue uplighting in this beautifully decorated tent. Beautiful pops of blue and orange throughout the night accented delicately by the Bride’s bouquet from Little House of Flowers and Local Color Flowers.

This couple had a World-Traveling theme. You could find maps, airplane charms, and miniature suitcases strategically placed around the venue.
