When we first met Charlotte and Chris, they told us about how much the water meant to them. Charlotte grew up on Kent Island surrounded by the Bay and moved to Baltimore after she completed school. I guess you could say she was a little home sick and missed being so close to the water. Luckily for her, she met a man who also kept the Bay close to his heart and under his boat. This was a match! Now whenever Charlotte wants to be close to the water, she can ask her personal seaman, Chris, for a float in the boat or a ride to Terrapin Beach Park.
