Just to clear the air here, DUMBO stands for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. This is common knowledge for New Yorkers but for travelers like us, it was a new term. Jessika and Walter always talked about making their Engagement Session something they would remember forever and boy, did they make an event out of it!
All four of us traveled to New York to make Jessika and Walter's Engagement an Event! Not only did we explore DUMBO by hiking up to the Brooklynn Bridge and grabbing a few slice of NY Pizza but we also made our way over to Central Park's Bethesda Terrace where we've only seen in movies. We had to endure Garrett quoting lines from Home Alone: Lost in New York but other than that, we had a great time!
Walter and Jessika have a beautiful way of communicating with each other, in a way that you can tell that they both aim to elevate each other. They support each other in amazing ways. Both of them being creative spirits helps guide them to make some extraordinary decisions. Deciding to go to NYC to spend the day with their wedding photographer friends just months before their big day was a perfect way to get ready to spend the rest of their life's journey together.
