Wedding at Turf Valley with Sparkling Blush and Navy Blue Details | Maryland Wedding Photographers
It’s June so we are in Deep into Wedding Season!
May and June are as popular as September and October with engaged couples in Maryland. The weather is jussst right and the days have just that perfect amount of sunlight to get those amazing photos. We always love this time of year because our couples are always so excited to get their friends and family together just as the weather is getting nice. It just brings out the best in people. Warm smiles, Energetic attitudes and summer cocktails that make photographing guests even more fun!
Jasmine and Matthew invited us to their Photographers and Videographers for the day!
They chose Turf Valley to be their venue because it had everything they wanted in one large area. The two got ready in two different suites with their wedding party. Once they were all dressed and prepped, we set up a beautiful location for the two to have their first look. We gave them minimal instruction and just let the chemistry fly!
After their First Look, we took photos with the wedding party so that after the ceremony they could go straight to cocktail hour to mingle with guests.
We love helping our clients create a timeline for the day.
Not only does it help layout everything that we need to get done for the day but it ensures that we maximize our time as photographers to give our clients the best experience possible!
Jasmine and Matthew had a beautiful ceremony under giant weeping willow trees. After the ceremony, we took formal family photos and then had some time to take sunset photos with the couple before sending them off to the reception.
The newlyweds were introduced to their guests and went straight into their First Dance.
We love when this happens because guests are still fully engaged and present for this pivotal moment in the night. The couple sat down to eat dinner and fed us at the same time so that we wouldn’t miss any important moments (smart move here). After we were done eating, toasts were made and then the dancing commenced! After swag surfing we stole the couple away for some night time photos in front of the fire outside.
