While editing, we affectionately referred to this wedding as the Mermaid Wedding.

Shante arranged her wedding to feel like a beautiful beachy getaway. With her magical choice of florals and gown and Emmanuel’s choice of custom tailored suit by Shaw’s Covenant; we couldn’t help but think of a majestic underwater wonderland as we went through this days images.

The Anchor Inn was the perfect venue for this theme.

As it is right on the water, with white and blue paint and large windows that let in all the natural light that wedding photographers love. This venue plays the part of the perfect beach house to hold guests comfortably inside and outside.

The couple had their ceremony outside by the water, took portraits on the pier with their friends and family and then had their reception in the venue. We stole them away for a few moments by themselves to get a few bride and groom portraits as the sunset behind them :)

It was a beautiful night that made us all feel like we were on vacation.
