“What benefits do you get by sharing a couples photos after you’ve delivered their gallery?”

It’s not a question that we receive often but we thought it would make an excellent blog. So just in case you’re wondering why we share highlights of each of our couples day with us (except those who opt to have a Non-Disclosure Agreement with us), well we’ve narrowed it down to 4 main reasons Why Photographers Share their Photos.

INSPIRATION

The first reason is the most obvious…

Karla and Mykell’s wedding is this month and they’ve had quite some time to plan (thanks to the Pandemic) so Karla told us she bought “maybe a little too much” from Etsy but we LOVE to see it and we love to share it! Because it may help inspire some of our future brides to make some more personal touches on their wedding which make for even more authentic and fun photos. We make it a point to ensure that we share with our clients and future clients all of the possibilities that a personalized wedding can have on their wedding planning journey.

This is Karla and Mykell's 2nd Engagement Session with us, so luckily for us we get to share this cute couple even more than usual!

REPRESENTATION

To love and be loved is one of the most precious gifts this life brings. Being able to feel that along with a life long commitment is a huge deal to us and if we can help inspire that in our community then we are completely here for that cause. As inclusive wedding photographers, we love to share All of our couples because you never know who may be looking for wedding photos that they can really see themselves in.

We share because we care lol I know it sounds cheesy but here me out…We care so much about our clients images that we are confident enough to share all of our clients on our website for everyone to see. It holds us accountable for the art that we make and shows our clients that we really put our work where our mouth is.

The fourth reason ensures that we can continue working as professional photographers.

As long as we can share our photography publicly and push our message that ALL couples deserve a high quality wedding photography experience; then we can continue to do what we love while supporting our family. Photography with Megapixels Media is something that we’ve done since we were married 8 years ago and it’s something that we genuinely enjoy doing, not to mention it’s my full-time job now. So sharing photos of our clients is crucial to keep it all going. Of course we understand in some situations clients cannot have any of their photos shared which is why we will always offer a Non-disclosure agreement option with our packages. But in most cases, our clients don’t mind that we share the highlights of their day along with some tips to help inspire future couples.
