But let’s take a step back, before the team could create all of the aspects of this iconic photoshoot they had to find just the right models to fit the message of the campaign. The message being…

All brides deserve a bespoke bridal fashion experience to express their own unique style and personality on one of the most significant days of their life.

Like Elite Secret Bridal’s clientelle, many of our brides are the fun girl next door who is only planning to get married once. We believe our brides should have the most wonderful experience from engagement to I DO! and our team is dedicated to make that a reality for them.

For this campaign, our aim was to spotlight curvy brides who are often underrepresented in the mainstream wedding industry. We launched a model call to discover a group of inspiring individuals, ones who rarely find their reflections in the bridal magazines available at stores like Target.

Our objective for this photoshoot was to craft a high-end editorial bridal experience featuring curvy models. To achieve this, Elite Secrets gathered a panel of judges comprising fashion icons and influencers from across the country. The atmosphere in the studio was electric, with the judges offering honest and kind feedback to the models. The night was filled with nothing but positive vibes, fostering inspiration and even bringing happy tears to the eyes of both judges and models alike.

Somehow they managed to narrow the selection down to 10 models for the Curvy Done Right Campaign. This was just the beginning of our journey with these girls. . .
