A good friend, LeAnne, of mine is an artisan furniture designer and restore and her artistry never ceases to amaze me.  She acquires old house pieces like accent tables, dressers, bed frames, and dining tables and transforms them into unique signature works of art. Seriously, her before and after photos are amazing and just knowing that she does all the work by hand just amazes me. There’s not been one piece of furniture that I haven’t seen her renovate into something not only beautiful but even more functional than it was before.

LeAnne had talked about doing brand photos for her business Beauty for Ashes by LeAnne for a while. On the rare occasion that both of us had some free time, I made my way over to her studio and photographed her with one of her most recent pieces. Aside from being a tremendous artist; LeAnne is a loving mother of 5, a faith-based wife, a keep-it-real/ tell-it-like-is friend and has been a true sage to me for years.
