Throughout this month, I've been joyfully celebrating five years of being a full-time wedding photographer.

While I've been an entrepreneur for a decade, these past five years have been a testament to my dedication and passion for capturing the love stories of couples deeply in love. It's been a transformative journey, filled with invaluable lessons and unexpected growth since I took that leap of faith.

My mission goes beyond just photographing couples deeply in love; it's about celebrating and showcasing love in all its forms, even those that may not align with mainstream wedding industry norms. I take pride in providing a personalized and unforgettable wedding photography experience, working alongside my husband to create authentic imagery that inspires others.

My goal has always been to make people not only look amazing but also feel incredible in photos they'll cherish for a lifetime, passing them down for generations.

Over the past decade, I've delivered over 600 galleries, and my prints, books, and albums now grace the homes of over 200 families all over the world. I've had the privilege of being featured in more than 50 publications and platforms, including BET, The Knot, Munaluchi Bride, Baltimore Bride, and many more. I'm incredibly grateful for all the couples who've entrusted their precious moments to our artistry, but I'm especially thankful for my husband, Garrett, whose unwavering support and passionate love have been the cornerstone of my journey.

However, what sets this fifth year of full-time entrepreneurship apart is my readiness to uplift others who aspire to make that same leap from being overworked and juggling their passion alongside their day job, to becoming full-time entrepreneurs living their passion. I've been asked for years, but now I feel confident and capable of taking on this responsibility, even if it’s by taking one little step at a time.

One significant step we're taking this year is introducing Wedding Styled Shoot Workshops for fellow photographers and videographers. We have done this in the past but we’re committed to upscaling this process this year! These workshops will immerse participants in dreamy wedding scenarios, offering them the chance to ask questions and receive customized education on the spot.
