Jocelyn and Brandon's Engagement at the Hishhorn Museum | DC Wedding Photographers
Jocelyn and Brandon decided to have their Engagement Session at the Hishhorn Museum in Washington DC. While we were there they shared their love story with us over ice cream and fine art.
Her Story
We met at the top of 2013 both at a transitional point in our lives; but we connected like the perfect puzzle pieces. When we first started dating I knew Brandon was special because he always surprised me, not just in gifts but in his efforts. He would do his research on things that I liked so the next time we communicated he would be more versed. During the month of February he sent me a new Black History Fact everyday at the same time, demonstrating his consistency and commitment. The more time went on the deeper our friendship developed and then love developed shortly after. We spent almost every day together for the first year of our courtship. He became the best friend that stole my heart. I knew Brandon was the one because before I met him, I Prayed that my next boyfriend became my husband and look where we are almost 5 years later!
